Are you a seasoned HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact? We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to join one of our State Government Clients.
Role Overview:
As a VPS 4 HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and various stakeholders to drive organisational effectiveness, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
Lead talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding activities.
Develop and implement HR policies and programs to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance improvement.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.
Stay current on HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on Business Partnering and strategic HR initiatives.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.
Proven track record of driving organisational change and implementing HR programs that support business goals.
