We are seeking an exceptional People Consultant to join our Strategic Partnering team within the broader People function. In this role, you will support the execution of the RBA’s People Strategy and play an integral role in shaping the employee experience, working across the People team to successfully attract and retain outstanding talent to the RBA.
This role will report to the HR People Partner supporting our IT department and will work closely with all functions across the People Team to create an employee experience that enables the RBA to attract and retain outstanding talent.
Your background
Experience in managing complex HR matters in a fast-paced HR environment with a true passion for delivering exceptional services and support
Proven experience in coaching and advising Leaders in all aspects of the employee life cycle
Demonstrated experience in designing and executing divisional people plans
In depth understanding of employment law and the legislative environment
Strong time management and be able to manage competing priorities effectively
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Collaborative and creative team member who can foster a culture of trust, accountability, and innovation.
Strong analytical skills to adapt strategies and respond to changing organisational needs.
Experience in client centred design, continuous improvement, and simplification programs
Education:
Degree in HR, Psychology, or related discipline
