We have an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Administrator to join our dynamic People & Culture team on an initial six month contract based in Sydney or Brisbane.
About the team and work
Our People & Culture team are highly regarded across the firm. They foster a collaborative, supportive and inclusive team environment where you will receive mentorship from experienced HR professionals.
Responsibilities:
- You will provide administrative support to the People & Culture team
- Manage the administrative processes that support the employee life cycle
- Assist with the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Workday
- Continuous improvement of core P&C processes to ensure efficiency and best practice
- Support the wider P&C team (Learning & Organisational Development, DEI, and Performance & Reward) across various projects and initiatives
About you
- Previous HR Administration experience
- Experience using an HRIS, preferably Workday
- Intermediate Excel and Word skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously on tasks, with adequate support and routine supervision
- A proactive approach and demonstrated problem-solving skills
- A curious and analytic mindset
- Commitment to continuous improvement and customer service
