Your opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled, dedicated, and enthusiastic People and Culture Administrator to undertake a variety of administrative duties. The successful candidate will facilitate day-to-day operations of the People, Culture and Compliance department including the development and maintenance of the HRIS (intelliHR), maintaining accurate employee and volunteer records including Homestay families, drafting and quality checking various correspondence and assisting with various functions including recruitment, onboarding, professional development, leave queries and liaising with key stakeholders such as Payroll. This will include the continuous improvement of online processes and workflows primarily through the HRIS.
You will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Demonstrated experience within a People and Culture/Human Resource environment
- Demonstrated understanding of People and Culture practices and procedures
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products particularly Word and Excel
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- A high level of attention to detail
- Experience with maintaining a Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
