Position Overview
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager and Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the entire business. The successful candidate will assist in various P&C and administration functions, ensuring the smooth running of internal processes and contributing to a positive workplace environment.

- You have strong administration skills with multitasking abilities.
- You have experience supporting multiple teams/departments in a fast-paced environment.
- You have high IT literacy and are proficient in MS Office and other computer-based applications.
Recruitment support
- Job posting and screening on various platforms.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage existing talent pool for each state.
- Assist with organising and facilitating employee onboarding (included but not limited to pre-employment checks, IT coordination, asset management, workspace/desk setup)
- Onboard new employees to all systems and complete the employee onboarding checklist (training plans, welcome packs & new-starter training bookings)
- Assist in the preparation of necessary documents for new hires, and internal promotions/ role changes.
- Demobilisation management, handling employee exits and associated tasks.
- Coordinate exit interviews and compile feedback for analysis.
- Work to understand all software applications and correct processes.
- Facilitate software training for all current systems and software to new starters.
- Be actively involved in the onboarding training provided for new starters, as well as regular training for all staff.
- Manage all staff training need analysis and book in with the relevant people.
- Source and organise training sessions from external providers.
- Manage training documents and training videos.
- Administration tasks, maintaining employee records, and coordinating employee recognition programs.
- Assist with P&C department reports and analysis as needed.
- Adhoc requests as required by the business.
- Office management duties such as stationery orders and event coordination.
- ATG merchandise management
- Uniform orders
- PPE orders
- Answering the phone and coordinate office requests.
- Manage and maintain ATG's asset and equipment register.
- Audit assets on-site.
- Coordinate with IT based on specific requests.
- People & Culture initiatives
- Employee anniversaries and milestones
- Community engagement events.
- Training and licensing management, ensuring compliance with certifications and licenses (First Aid/CPR, White Card, QBCC etc.)
- Manage documentation as required.
- Learning & development facilitation, organising training sessions and materials.
- Access to internal & external training programs for your professional development.
