The City of Newcastle (CN) is looking for a People & Culture Advisor to join our team and be part of our mission to create a liveable, sustainable, and inclusive global city!

A Day in the Life 

As a People & Culture Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our leaders and employees across strategic P&C support, where you will provide accurate and timely advice to leaders and employees, assisting in areas such as performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution, all geared towards achieving our organisational objectives.

Building and maintaining effective relationships across all business levels including leaders, employees and union representatives will be key to your ongoing success in this position, whilst living our values of Cooperation, Respect, Excellence and Wellbeing (CREW).

Your passion to drive and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as recruitment processes, P&C policy maintenance and reporting will also be a key focus of your position.
