Aster Home Care is a Community Nursing Provider who has been servicing DVA clients throughout the Gold Coast and Tweed Heads areas for the past 33 years. Given our continuous expansion and strategic plans for growth, we are seeking two additional team members to support our P&C team.
If you are a “people person” with some HR experience who is tech savvy, understands that attention to detail matters and you have ambitions to work in P&C/HR and/or Recruiting Administration, then this may be the role for you.
About the Role:
Aster Home Care is currently offering two full-time positions within our expanding team. These roles are located at our Miami office and involve reporting directly to our P&C Coordinator while collaborating closely with the wider P&C team. The primary responsibility of these positions is to provide support for day-to-day administrative tasks and aid in ensuring accurate, efficient, and effective delivery of P&C services to all stakeholders.
Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Support the recruitment process including data entry, filing, candidate screening and interview bookings;
- Coordinating new starter onboarding process, equipment preparation & pre-employment document checks (knowledge of Employment Hero would be an advantage);
- Preparing and processing staff forms, letters & employment contracts;
- Maintain and update staff employment files;
- Assist with minute taking in staff meetings
To join the team, you would need (or be willing to obtain):
- Relevant administration experience in a HR related role, or ambition to gain an HR qualification.
- A calm proactive nature with a focus on attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise workflow and meet deadlines.
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing
- Ability to always exercise confidentiality and discretion.
- Australian Citizenship or Australian Working Visa with No Restrictions
- Police Clearance
- Current Drivers Licence
