About the role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role is a unique opportunity to shape the employee experience and contribute to our ongoing growth and success.
This is a permanent, full time role.
In this role you will support the Human Resource Manager delivering operational HR advice and support on various HR-related matters. Other duties include;
- Coordinate all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including end to end recruitment, induction and onboarding, employee engagement and development, performance management, retention, and termination.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR related inquiries and activities.
- Maintain and manage department policies and procedures, to ensure they meet corporate and legislative requirements while supporting positive people practices and culture.
- Provide high quality, accurate and timely Human Resources advice to support managers and employees across the business including performance management, professional development, and employee wellbeing.
- Case management including grievances and injuries.
- Work alongside and support the HR Coordinator with all administrative and adhoc HR tasks.
- Assist in strategic initiatives led by of the Group HR Manager.
About you:
To be successful in this role you will have a passion for Human Resources paired with demonstrated HR generalist experience. You will also possess;
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources management or a related discipline
- 4+ years’ experience working within a HR generalist role.
- Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to coach, develop and support others.
- Strong organisation skills, high attention to detail and able to juggle day to day functions with organisational projects
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with issues of a confidential and sensitive nature, and the ability to establish trust and build strong relationships.
