We are looking for People & Culture Business Partner passionate about engagement and people experience, who is eager to work across multiple sites being beautiful parklands in Brisbane. The role we are seeking to fill supports and delivers on the people and culture strategy, programs and reviews their effectiveness across the business. This role will partner with the business providing direction, support and advice to foster a culture that prioritises our people. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive people and culture initiatives and engagement.
We are looking for a team member who is eager to:
- Support the development and lead initiatives and programs from the people and culture strategy for City Parklands.
- Partner with leaders across the business to manage and lead continuous improvement in people and culture matters.
- Demonstrated experience to provide sound generalist advice to leaders and team members on people and culture matters including industrial relations.
- Provide a balance of operational and strategic, responsive generalist support.
- Proven ability to develop strong relationships across the business.
- Strong influencing and coaching skills and an ability to adjust style to suit the audience.
- Facilitate and support teams in managing end to end recruitment as required.
- Lead and support workplace investigations.
