About your role
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will work closely with a leader who is known for their innovative approach and the ability to deliver impactful programs of work. In this role you will provide leadership and support for our corporate client group (Finance, Commercial, Marketing etc.) across the entire employee lifecycle and serve as a strategic and tactical Business Partner.
What you'll do
- Help support commercial delivery by coaching your leaders through organisational development and effectiveness. This can range from leadership coaching and training, designing optimal team structures to helping with team meeting effectiveness.
- Lead all P&C processes for our corporate client group across the entire employee lifecycle including performance reviews, salary reviews, talent reviews/succession planning, employee changes etc.
- Provide counsel and assist employees and people managers in resolving employment related matters.
- Support with transformational projects and change management.
- Take ownership of leadership capability uplift initiatives, working closely with P&C peers to align on outcomes.
- Leverage data and insights to inform decisions and strategy.
- You have a strong generalist background across the full HR life cycle including organisational development and ER.
- You have proven experience supporting commercial delivery outcomes by partnering with commercial functions.
- Adept at building strong, trusting relationships and be a true partner to the business and your stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate business needs to talent imperatives.
- You're keen on challenging the status quo and bringing fresh ideas to the team.
