The SHIFT People are proud to be partnering with Fliteboard in Byron Bay to assist with the recruitment of a People & Culture Manager.

The Role

• Drive talent acquisition and create a high-performance culture.
• Partner with business leaders to provide HR support and guidance.
• Lead complex ER matters, including investigations and grievances.
• Coach and mentor leaders on performance management.
• Support employee development and learning initiatives.
• Provide FairWork Award interpretation and global mobility support.
• Contribute to business transformation, change management, and systems integration.

About You

• Extensive experience in a HR management, generalist or advisory position.
• Proficiency across all People & Culture disciplines including; recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, maintaining policies and procedures, industrial relations, interpreting awards, change management, and offboarding.
• Workday experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling HR matters.
• Proactive mindset with a strategic approach to organisational growth.
