The opportunity
The People & Culture team at UPA is growing! Reporting to the Director People and Culture, The People & Culture Manager will provide strategic and operational HR & IR advice, improve business practices, lead complex projects and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Additionally, the role will take direct management responsibility for the P&C Business Partnering function.
The role
In this The People & Culture Manager position, you will:
- Lead and manage P&C Business Partners to support the business effectively.
- Assist in developing and growing UPA's P&C team function.
- Enhance team capacity to address current and future workforce challenges.
- Provide expert advice on various ER issues and implement HR projects.
About you
Tertiary qualified in Psychology/Human Resources (or another relevant field) you will have experience in leading a P&C function.
As a true People & Culture Manager, you will be highly organised with strong problem-solving capabilities and relationship-building skills.
