We currently have an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Officer to join the People & Culture team.
Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture, this role will provide a broad range of professional support across a variety of People & Culture activities, while supporting development and implementation of key strategic people initiatives. The role will partner with the People & Culture team and key business stakeholders, to deliver operational support and people-focused solutions across a wide range of people matters.
We believe the VPA is a great place to work, and this role plays a key role in ensuring we continue to innovate and respond to the needs of our employees.
This individual will display a high level of proactivity, professionalism, operational and administrative knowledge, and ability to handle confidential information.
The team is highly collaborative and service oriented, and we are looking for an individual who loves to work with others and deliver high quality People & Culture support to the organisation.
