About our Opportunity
As we expand our People and Culture team, an opportunity has opened for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join the People & Culture (P&C) Support Services team. If you are passionate about human resources, enjoy providing administrative support or just starting out in your HR career, we want to hear from you!
More specifically you will:
- Administer and coordinate core HR transactional processes related to the onboarding, internal movements and offboarding of all team members
- Action all requested administrative tasks associated with the lifecycle of an employee within agreed Service Level Agreement timeframes
- Work collaboratively with the wider P&C Team including P&C Business Partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and people leaders to ensure employee changes are captured and actioned across AU, NZ and other regional business areas
- Coordinate processes and maintain organisational portals and systems to ensure consistency and accuracy of data.
- Maintain filing and storage of employment documents and information, ensuring privacy obligations are maintained
- Ensure reporting associated with any systems is completed accurately and on time
About You
As the successful applicant, you will have:
- Certificate IV in Human Resources or experience in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Foundational understanding of human resources principles in relation to the employee lifecycle
- Basic understanding of application of Modern Awards and other relevant employment legislation including Fair Work standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organisation
- High attention to detail, performs tasks with care and checks work to ensure accuracy and completeness
