About our OpportunityDue to an internal promotion, we are seeking a dedicated People & Culture (P&C) Support Officer to play a lead role in the P&C Support Services Team. The P&C Support Officer will provide high quality professional, effective and confidential HR administration activities to the business while providing guidance and support to other Support Services team members. More specifically you will:Lead, coordinate and action HR transactional processes related to the onboarding, internal movements and offboarding of all team members
Support the team to ensure compliance of all requested administrative tasks and agreed Service Level Agreement timeframes are met
Work collaboratively with the wider P&C Team including P & C Business Partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and people leaders to ensure employee changes are captured and actioned across AU, NZ and other regional business areas
Support the wider P&C Team to complete administration and coordination tasks related to employee lifecycle activities including organisational development and talent management
