Abou he Role
An exci ing oppor uni y o join our People Opera ions eam as a Delivery Consul an . In his role you will suppor he Execu ive People Shared Services in execu ing heir responsibili ies across a broad range of opera ional and s ra egic func ions. You will ensure smoo h delivery of day- o-day People opera ions and projec s including working wi h o her Delivery Consul an s across he division.
he successful incumben will bring s rong organisa ional skills including he abili y o work independen ly and be comfor able working in a con inuously changing and ambiguous business environmen . A passion for solving challenges hrough researching he fac s, analysis and provide ini ial recommenda ions for bo h ou comes and implemen a ion will be cri ical.
As a Delivery Consul an you will of en be he firs poin of con ac for, he champion of and au hori y on he business happening wi hin your Sub-Domain. You'll also need o be able o draw informa ion ou of people, ge deep in o da a and be able o presen i cleanly and simply o an execu ive level audience.
Key responsibili ies are o:
Develop opera ing rhy hm, aligned o he broader P&C deliverables.
Agenda, minu es, ac ions for he People Shared Services L .
Ac as he key business managemen condui be ween People Shared Services and he OGEPC
Prepare regular communica ions & Board papers and submissions as per Execu ive People Shared Services' ins ruc ions.
Prepare regular weekly planning sessions wi h he Execu ive People Shared Services o co-ordina e and naviga e delivery of regular or ad-hoc upda es (incl. via email), presen a ions, repor s or ini ia ives.
Par icipa e in regular forums as a way o provide/share informa ion rela ing o People Shared Services risk, projec s or finances.
ake ownership in facili a ing he People Shared Services engagemen ac ion plan wi h he Leadership eam.
Work closely wi h he wider People Shared Services func ion o ensure 90 day plans, Colleague S ra egy upda es, Risk and o her P&C key repor ing rhy hm is in place.
Wha you'll bring
5+ years in a governance/enablemen role
Coordina ion/facili a ion and naviga ion of key business managemen ac ivi ies such as mon hly/quar erly execu ive repor ing.
Working closely wi h senior s akeholders
Suppor ing communica ion and engagemen ac ivi ies
Proven abili y o work au onomously, juggling mul iple ac ivi ies and delivering o deadlines
Abili y o unders and & analyse complex informa ion across mul iple businesses and opics
Excellen communica ion skills & abili y o in erac , challenge and influence effec ively
Abili y o work collabora ively, influence s akeholders across mul iple layers of he organisa ion and build rela ionships across NAB
Advanced PowerPoin and Excel skills and good applica ion of o her Microsof Office Packages
Excellen ime managemen and organisa ional skills
S rong projec managemen , wri en and verbal communica ion skills
er iary qualified in a Business degree preferably wi h pos gradua e qualifica ions
