About the Role
As Councils Coordinator People and Culture – Operations, this role will be responsible for design and implementation of strategies and programs that support good governance and a consistent experience for our department and customers.
Council is embarking on a transformation journey, this position will play a crucial role in supporting this journey through;
- Supporting the People and Culture function to embed best practice policies and guidelines
- Implement mechanisms to ensure technology and metrics are accurate and comprehensive
- Overseeing successful delivery of both Occupational Health and Payroll programs
- Oversee several projects that ensure the compliance and effectiveness of People and Culture Operations
