Eligibility: This position is open to internal and external applicants
Engagement: Fixed-term, parental leave cover until approx. July 2024
This parental leave cover opportunity will assist the People Services team to deliver exceptional workforce management practices.
About the role
Key responsibilities of the People Services Advisor will include:
Providing accurate, consistent and timely HR operational and procedural support to managers and employees
Ensuring compliance with HR processes and procedures and applicable industrial legislation requirements
Maintaining accuracy of employee and position data with Powerlink’s HR Information System (SAP)
Drafting formal employee correspondence including contracts and letters
About you
You have a meticulous attention to detail and understand the importance of providing a quality customer experience. Your previous experience in the use of HR systems and maintaining HR data accurately are keys to your success in this role.
You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple tasks. You know how to work hard when required but also enjoy team interactions with a fun group of peers.
Your qualifications should include:
Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration (or similar) or equivalent experience in HR practices
