The Role:
As the People Services Officer, you'll help lead the way in how a purposed organisation can innovate, change, maintain and improve our public spaces and essential services. Reporting directly to the People Services Manager and working in collaboration with the People Services Advisor and People Services Coordinator - you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational HR advice.
In addition to this, you will:
- Provide advice and administrative support on a wide range of functions, including performance management; remuneration and benefits; ER/IR; talent and development, recruitment; and workforce planning
- Lead the delivery of allocated cyclical People activities in line with policies, procedures, and relevant industrial agreements (including Annual Remuneration Reviews, Annual performance appraisals, Industrial Agreement (EA) and Award wage increases)
- Coordinate and action activities across the employment life cycle, such as employment changes and offboarding process, whilst maintaining the organisation's HRIS
To be considered for this role you will require previous experience in HR Generalist role with proven experience across end to end management of ER cases, a keen understanding and application of Australian legislation and operate with a solution-focused lens in a collaborative team environment.
