To be successful in this role, the
People Systems Specialist will have:
- An understanding of Cornerstone on Demand HR Management System/ iChris payroll systems or similar.
- 3+ years technology industry experience
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate technical requirements to the business
- Balanced business/technical focus with an eye for continual systems/process improvements
- Demonstrated relationship management, consulting, negotiation and facilitation skills.
