What will your typical day look like?
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be across multiple clients ensuring a seamless delivery of services to our clients. Our Service Delivery Manager is responsible for making sure that services are seamlessly delivered to our clients. You will be in charge of a variety of tasks, such as managing multiple layer teams, rectifying reliability issues, monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, critical incident escalations, running post incident reviews and managing budgets. You will work closely as part of a broader team of functional and technical system specialists and will be involved in overseeing the design, development, and support across multiple HCM products.

- Identifying customer needs and overseeing Service Delivery within the business context and according to the client contract.
- Leading the Service Delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently and in line with best practise.
- Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
- Remaining organised and meeting deadlines.
- Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
- Manage critical incidents.

Required Skills
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- 5+ years in the technology industry
- Experience managing multiple clients
- Experience driving process improvement
- ITIL / ITSM knowledge
Highly desirable (Not required but let us know if you have any of these)
- Experience with SAP, Peoplesoft Workday, Kronos or any HCM software
- ITIL or ITSM qualifications
- Previous experience in a team lead role
