About the Position:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Performance and Improvement Officer to join our Governance and Strategy team on a permanent full time basis. In this newly created role, you will utilise your expertise in organisational Performance and planning to identify and implement corporate process and performance improvement opportunities.
This role will contribute to the identification and implementation of process and performance improvement initiatives, as well as coordination and production of corporate and performance reporting in line with the Integrated, Planning and Reporting process. Reporting to the Planning, Performance and Risk Manager, the successful applicant will build relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to embed business improvement and performance.
About the Person:
As a Performance and Improvement Officer you will work with managers and staff to facilitate cross functional business improvements, so it is vital that you have the ability to analyse business performance, work cooperatively and build effective working relationships with others. You will have experience in the delivery of high-quality reports and demonstrated knowledge of project planning processes and principles.
The successful person will be required to have a tertiary education or demonstrated experience in business improvement initiatives and projects, process development or business planning. They will have highly developed analytical and problem solving skills.
