ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re currently hiring for a Performance Manager in our Zenith agency in Melbourne. You will have a strong technical background in performance media, particularly in paid search and programmatic however there really is a lovely even mix of all channels including paid social.
You will support the Performance Director with leading the day-to-day management of all performance media campaigns for clients within the entertainment & consumer products industries with digital spend of close to $10m annually each year.
If you’re looking to work on challenger clients where you can activate in creative ways and play a part in helping to progress conversations with stigma attached, then this role is for you!
- You’ll predominantly work across programmatic, SEM, and paid social but will also be immersed in a team culture of ideas-sharing, discussion and problem solving across other channels within the team workload.
- You’ll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of accurate and timely reports, optimisations, and media campaign implementation, as well as owning the customer relationship with your key stakeholders
- You’re a strong team leader that is collaborative and wholeheartedly supportive of your peers. Skilled in uncovering the needs of the customer with a dedication to meeting their expectations while also exploring out of the box opportunities for them.
- Your high attention to detail means you can identify the key pieces of information within larger projects plus, your inquisitive mind means you’ve got a thirst for learning, to ask questions and to understand the why.
- You can prioritise effectively when handling concurrent tasks and are able to upwards and downwards manage the wider team to ensure key deliverables are hit.
- You’re a team player, gaining your motivation by working with others and celebrating the success of those around you.
IDEAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in managing multimillion dollar budgets for performance media campaigns for ideally 3-5 years
- Strong project management skills with the ability to concurrently manage a team and individual task list
- Strong experience across both Google Ads, DV360, Google Analytics & CM360 is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate media strategy into performance media solutions and responsibility for reaching performance targets
