Permanent part-time position 9 am - 5 pm Monday through to Friday to work at a well-established Strata Management company for over 40 years with an excellent reputation.

We seek someone with primary computer and customer service knowledge to work with our strata managers and administration team.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Proactively communicate with team members.
- Reception tasks include answering incoming calls, and client questions, ordering stationery and general housekeeping.
- Assisting and supporting the team with document creation, preparation, record keeping, insurance and letter writing
Skills and experience
- Ability to work unsupervised, under pressure & to deadlines
- Be enthusiastic, positive, approachable, bright and keen to learn.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Able to multi-task with great attention to detail, productively taking charge of any given task to follow it through to completion
- Excellent communication skills are a must
- Great written skills
