We are looking for Receptionist that takes pride in their work to join our team! The Front of House Receptionist is responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming, and efficient service to all Hotel guests. Experience in a previous reception/customer service role is essential. This position will be part-time to begin with the opportunity to progress to full-time for the right candidate.
Availability
Available to work morning and afternoon shifts between 7am - 8pm and the occassional weekend.

- Experience in a similar role
- Computer skills and knowledge
- Administrative skills
- Customer service experience
- Friendly manner with professional presentation
- Keen attention to detail and ability to administer high standards of service
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Front of house duties, including welcoming guests and meeting their requests
- To build a good rapport with all guests and resolve any complaints/issues quickly to maintain high quality customer service
- Answering phone calls
- To be responsible for accurate and efficient accounts and guest billing processes
- To assist in always keeping the Motel reception area clean and tidy
- To undertake general office duties, emails, and filing
- To administer all reservations and ensure that room bookings are made and recorded accurately
- To ensure that all reservations and cancellations are processed efficiently
- To report any maintenance, breakage, or cleanliness problems to the relevant manager
- To administer the general petty cash system and float in an accurate manner
- To undertake all training as required
- To adhere to all fire safety test procedures and to assist in the evacuation process in the event of fire
