AddressWe are a Specialist Neurology Clinic in Belmont who are looking to add to our team, 2-3 days per week to work across both of our busy offices at Belmont & Maitland with the ability to cover sick & annual leave.
Must have minimum 2 years experience in a Medical Receptionist setting with a good knowledge of Genie preferred.
Duties include:
• Running busy clinics
• Making patient appointments & answering patient enquiries
• Processing patient accounts, receipting payments with accurate eftpos transactions & cash handling
• Medicare & DVA claiming
• Excellent communication skills including a professional telephone manner
• Flexible approach & a positive “can-do” attitude
• Must be empathetic, reliable & trustworthy
• Must be organized & have the ability to multi-task
The successful candidate/s must be flexible with start & finish times & be a team player. Personal transportation & a current drivers license is a must as you will be required to travel between our Belmont & Maitland offices.
