Position: Council Permits Officer
Location: Warwick or Loganholme Office

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducted council checks for home sites and secured necessary reports (e.g., BAL, Flood Level).
- Procure Survey Plans, Soil Reports, Plumbing Designs, and Energy Efficiency Reports for new clients.
- Perform town planning checks and manage documentation for planning approvals as needed.
- Obtain plumbing permits for factory and onsite works.
- Secure QBCC Insurance and QLeave levies for Queensland projects.
- Complete and submit necessary forms and applications to NSW Councils and for Council Building and Development Applications.
- Liaise with Councils, Town Planners, and Certifiers regarding building and development approvals.
- Ensure the acquisition of all final compliance and inspection certificates post-home handover.
- Update and maintain the Preconstruction Status Board spreadsheet.
- Communicate council progress and updates to the design team.
- Assist Sales Consultants with information on Council planning and development rules and regulations.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction or real estate sectors.
- Familiarity with Queensland and New South Wales's building and development approval processes.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
