About the Role
Joining as a Personal Assistant you'll be responsible for providing proactive and effective general assistance across a diverse range of tasks within the Sydney office. You will work closely with Legal Assistants, Lawyers & Senior Associates to assist with the below;
- Diary management;
- Document management
- Liaising with various stakeholders internally and externally
- Opening and closing files
- Billing
- Organising events
- Assisting with administration tasks as required.
About You
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary
- Strong writing, formatting and communication skills, with well-developed written expression and grammar and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong, professional team player, who is proactive, enthusiastic and enjoys a challenge.
