The successful candidate would be involved in civil construction projects in assistance to the two directors to become part of the busy team . You will work as part of a project/ office team that keeps QCS unique and efficiency driven.

Qualifications & experience

• It would be advantageous to have 2 years experience Some back ground in marketing with a keen eye for detail with strong computer skills

Tasks & responsibilities

• Assisting with meeting preparation Ordering/ arranging events Taking minutes at meetings and assisting with documentation preparation for marketing submission Screening emails due to high volume There would be some travel interstate for short periods of time for meetings
