Personal Assistant

This dynamic and rapidly growing company and as they continue to expand, they are seeking a dedicated and proactive Personal Assistant to join the business and support the team and state manager. 

Position Overview

Looking for a Personal Assistant to provide personalised administrative support to the state manager and facilitate their daily tasks. The ideal candidate will be well-organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain state managers schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders.
• Handle incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, and prioritise accordingly.
• Conduct research and compile information as requested by executives.
• Coordinate special projects and events as assigned such as awards nights, social events.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
• Sales experience is highly advantageous. 
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information.
