Agnico Eagle owns and operates the Fosterville Gold Mine which is located on Dja Dja Wurrung Country, approximately 20 kilometres east of Bendigo in Central Victoria. About the opportunity:We are seeking a Personal Assistant to the General Manager and Leadership team at our Fosterville Gold mine.
You'll be responsible for:
- Travel & Event Management: Organising domestic and international travel itineraries, site and underground tours, and business meetings, conferences, and social functions
- Document & Content Management: Producing high-quality documents and presentations. Maintain the Agnico Eagle Australia's intranet.
- Reporting & Communication: Regular business reporting and distribution
- Logistics & Coordination: Facilitate groups and contractor visits, logistics and efficient communication.
- Financial Reporting & Reconciliation: Preparing Executive reports, and perform end-of-month financial reconciliations (Pronto & Redmap).
- Meeting Management & Administration: Organize meeting schedules and agendas, and take detailed notes and record actions.
- Document & Information Management: Maintain filing systems and proper organization and access control.
- Administrative Support: Handle a variety of administrative tasks as assigned, including managing corporate merchandise.

To be successful in this role you'll need at least 3 years experience in a similar role.
You'll have excellent people management skills and be able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people within the Company and in the Community.
You'll be able to demonstrate exceptional organization and time management skills, and have experience in report writing and minute taking.
You'll also need to be highly skilled in Microsoft Office products and be technology savvy.
This role will be based at Fosterville Gold Mine. The roster will initially be 5/2 with the possibility to accommodate a flexible work roster (5/2:4/3) once you settle into the role.
A competitive salary package will be offered commensurate with the successful applicant’s qualifications, knowledge and experience.
