We are looking for a switched on Personal Assistant to work with the two very busy Dirrctors of the business.
This is a very hands on organisational role where you will be involved in all parts of their business including:
- Administrative support
- Meeting and diary management
- Travel arrangements
- Dealing with customer meetings
- Preparing reports
- Getting information from various departments
- Organising BBQs , birthdays and social events.
- Helping them with some personal affairs as well.
This is a very busy role with lots of variety.
You need to be very strong administratively and organisationally.
You need good communication and interpersonal skills and be skilled at working with different personalities.
The staff are very friendly and we have many long term staff so its a great place to work.
There is some degree of flexibility with start and finish times but there is no work from home in this role.
It's a manufacturing company but also has a reasonable sized corporate office as well.
