You are going to play a vital role in the team by supporting key stakeholders, one of which sits at a national management level and the other who looks after all the people (AKA The HR Business Partner).

SO, WHAT’S INVOLVED?
The easiest thing here is to break some of the key tasks down by the roles themselves, so here they are.
PA Tasks:
Secretarial support – workflow management
- Email management
- Diary management
- Credit card reconciliation
- Minimal organisation of travel
- Preparing and sending letters of offer.
- Source employee well-being ideas and providers.
- Employee record maintenance.
- HR reporting.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of WA employees.
- Updating HR documentation to ensure consistency with brand guidelines i.e. policies and position descriptions.
- Arranging couriers.
- Management of reception generic inboxes.
- Greet guests with water / coffee.
- Assist with the general upkeep/ cleanliness of the office.
- Organisation of social events such as the company Christmas party and quarterly office social functions
With each aspect of the role equally important, your organisation skills and ability to work efficiently without compromising your attention to detail will set you up for success in this role. We cannot stress enough that you will be busy in this role (I think we have made that clear by now), not so much that you cannot meet and achieve deadlines, but it isn’t for the person that likes sitting on their hands!
You will be well-presented, professional but personable with an exceptional level EQ that allows you to communicate effectively with a range or personality types.
This will be matched by your ability to anticipate the needs of the business that you identify by always having an ear to the ground and continuously re-prioritising what needs to get done first!
Prerequisites:
- Previous office or team administration experience is a must (at least 2-3 years).
- Strong digital literacy.
- Strong verbal and written and communication skills.
- Proven capability in providing high level support.
- Growth mindset and passion for learning Experience in property or construction is desired but not essential.
