If you thrive in a vibrant and, energetic environment and are ready to bring your skills to a team that values inclusivity and fun, then this role is for you!Your responsibilities will include:Efficient diary and email management for the General Manager and Senior LeadershipAnticipating needs of the GM and Senior Leaders, by using business knowledge and acumen to prioritise and manage business stakeholders effectivelyCoordinating meetings, including room bookings, catering, and preparation of documentationTaking accurate minutes to document discussions, decisions, and action itemsOrganising travel and accommodationPreparation of professional correspondence, reports, and presentationsCoordinating social functions and events.Undertaking general administrative duties.To excel in this role, you'll need to be proactive, organised, and personable, with excellent communication skills.
