Job DescriptionPlay an integral role to maintaining the efficiency of the ALDI Warehouse Operations Department. This is a rewarding role with a high degree of responsibility and autonomy and working in collaborative team environment. This is a fixed-term contract until December 2024, based in Prestons. As a dynamic individual with excellent organisational skills, you will support our senior leadership team that oversees the warehouse operations and contribute to the success of a large-scale digital transformation project.What does the role involve?Provide administrative support to the Warehouse Operations Director and Executive Management in a professional and efficient manner.Be involved significantly in the rollout of the project by arranging training for 700 personnel, tracking attendance and creating reports for senior leadership.Consulting with stakeholders on training actions plans and safety inductions to maintain high level of compliance.Coordinate travel requirements, schedule meetings and prepare agendas.Managing correspondence, and maintaining clear lines of communication between various internal stakeholders.Maintaining smooth running of meetings though setting up rooms and organising catering.Collaborate with the wider PA team, contributing to a positive and supportive work atmosphere. QualificationsWhat are we looking for?Previous experience working in a fast-paced administrative environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong reporting skills.Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with the PA team and wider internal stakeholders.Able to differentiate and prioritise between competing demands whilst considering the larger picture.Possess emotional intelligence, ability to relate effectively to diverse range of stakeholders.Excel in a task-driven environment, ensuring tasks can be completed within set timeframes.
