What does the role look like?
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Director and broader team
- Manage project deliverables against milestones
- Ensure business requirements are satisfied and delivered on time and within budget
- Coordinate project resources
- Manage the Director’s diary and coordinate meeting requirements
- Utilise strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Prepare reports and presentations accordingly
- Manage the efficient and accurate flow of correspondence and information
Qualifications
What do we need from you?
- Extensive experience within project coordination utilising agile/waterfall methodologies
- Demonstrated administrative and secretarial experience, including diary management
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and other project management solutions would be highly desirable
- Tertiary qualifications within Project Management or Business Administration highly regarded
- Experience within the IT industry favourable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to adapt in high pressure situations
