As an eager and up-and-coming Personal Assistant, you'll be at the heart of the action, working closely with the Executive Assistant and sales team to ensure top-notch sales support and unforgettable customer experiences. From overseeing campaigns to managing schedules and client communications, you'll be the star behind the scenes, making sure every detail shines and the team stays on track.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and schedules, ensuring coverage at key events.
  • Facilitate sales administration and ensure exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint.
  • Empower the team to concentrate on sales campaigns, fostering enthusiasm and satisfaction among clients.
  • Oversee the entire sales campaign lifecycle, from marketing and compliance tasks.
  • Act as a pivotal communication liaison between the team, support staff, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, both digital and print.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships through personalized gestures and effective communication strategies.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data compilation, correspondence management, and database updates.
Skills and Experience  
You are a detail-oriented administrative professional with a background in sales or real estate support. Your excellent communication skills and passion for creating memorable customer experiences make you stand out from the crowd. Motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, you thrive in collaborative environments where your organisational prowess and outgoing personality shine.
  • Minimum 1-year experience with a full driver's license. 
  • Passionate about people, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences at every interaction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Agent Box, with advanced PC skills.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, adaptable, and effective in building relationships.
  • Ability to think on your feet, prioritize, and multitask under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of the current real estate market, trends, and developments.
  • Certificate in Real Estate is desirable but not necessary
