JOB OPPORTUNITY!
The Personal Assistant is an integral part of the Business Services Team and is responsible for providing a full range of administrative support to the Partner and rest of the team. This full-time role is crucial in facilitating the team to empower small and medium businesses to thrive.
Responsibilities include:
- Proactively support and assist the Partners in all administration duties as required.
- Assist with meetings and appointments including the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, minutes and reports etc.
- Assist and liaise with clients, staff, Partners and external parties as required.
- Provide general administrative assistance including: word processing, correspondence, mail, faxing, copying, scanning, filing, archiving, telephone calls, general housekeeping etc.
- Maintain Partner/manager’s calendars as required.
- Assist with statutory forms & documentation: financial statements; ASIC queries & related matters.
- Application/Cancellation of Business Name, GST, ABN and TFN Registrations.
- Update client details in ATO portal.
ABOUT YOU!
- At least 2 years’ previous experience in a similar Personal Assistant role.
- Excellent written English and oral communications skills, and proven ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people, to maintain confidentiality and to apply discretion and tact at all times.
- Organisational skills of a high order, with demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic finance and accounting systems knowledge is desirable but not essential.
