Position Overview: As the PA to the CEO of Live Group, you will play a critical role in supporting the CEO both personally and professionally. This position requires a dynamic individual who can manage the demands of a rapidly growing business, assist in developing a five-year strategic plan, and contribute to the company's success. Our team consists of 15-20 members spread across multiple trading companies in live entertainment & concert touring, film, and performing arts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CEO's professional and personal schedules to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Email Management: Handle and prioritise emails, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Travel Bookings: Arrange travel for internal staff and the CEO, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Document Management: Maintain and organize important documents and files.
- Project Assistance: Assist with various business projects and initiatives as required.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Event Planning: Organize company events, both internal and external.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to travel interstate as needed.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
