About the CEO: Chris Woods is a titan in the music and entertainment logistics industry, known for his ability to solve complex logistics challenges with unparalleled efficiency. With a hands-on approach and a relentless pursuit of perfection, Chris has earned a stellar reputation and is a trusted partner for some of the biggest names in the industry. 

Position Overview: As the PA to the CEO of Live Group, you will play a critical role in supporting the CEO both personally and professionally. This position requires a dynamic individual who can manage the demands of a rapidly growing business, assist in developing a five-year strategic plan, and contribute to the company's success. Our team consists of 15-20 members spread across multiple trading companies in live entertainment & concert touring, film, and performing arts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CEO's professional and personal schedules to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Email Management: Handle and prioritise emails, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Travel Bookings: Arrange travel for internal staff and the CEO, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organize important documents and files.
  • Project Assistance: Assist with various business projects and initiatives as required.
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Event Planning: Organize company events, both internal and external.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to travel interstate as needed.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
