Qualifications & experience
- You will be proficient with the MS suite and have a good typing speed. You also must have a clear and pleasant phone manner. Dress standard will very from smart business - to smart casual depending on the day & duties involved.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Initially this is a casual to part-time position which will lead to full-time employment. Your role is to assist the MD to propel the business forward. To do what it takes to make his job easier and more streamlined in line with the business practices and goals.
- You will be tasked with creating and monitoring new clients, existing clients and to make all necessary appointments for the MD. Since some of the work is overseas it will be necessary to be cognisant with the time differences. Some overseas travel could be involved.
