We have an opportunity for the position of Office Manager in the following offices in the Melbourne 2 District.
- Hampton Park office - Preparing 500 plus returns. Seasonal office with the opportunity to become a year round office with reduced hours in off-season.
- Narre Warren - Preparing 1000 plus returns. Year-round office with reduced hours during the off-season period.
- Rosebud office - Preparing 1200 plus returns. Year-round office with reduced hours during the off-season period.

KEY REQUIREMENTSAs an Office Manager you will be:
- Required to be available for a minimum 38 hours per week during peak tax season.
- An experienced tax consultant, gained over a minimum amount of tax seasons.
- Professionally presented.
- Articulate and customer focused.
- A strong communicator setting a clear direction on office goals and team performance.
The Office Manager must:
- Have a high level of computer literacy, interpersonal skills and proven quality tax preparation skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to develop others.
- Have attended and continue attending H&R Block’s Tax Training plus all other training requirements.
- Drive growth in the number of tax returns, volume, contribution margin and labor productivity, in line with the office plan.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to all Associates within their office, to ensure we truly understand our clients’ needs and deliver the right solution.
- Develop a repeat and referral culture by providing a professional service, at all stages of the sales process.
- Promote ‘Specialised Advisory Services’ to add value to the client experience.
- Drive team motivation through effective communication and sales hustle.
- Execute Marketing plans including, National programs, and Local Area Marketing and community engagement activities.
- Ensure that the office and team members are always presented at the highest standard
- Tax returns, volume, contribution margin in line with the office plan.
- Net Promoter Score (NPS) target as defined.
- Compliance with the ‘office review action’ plan.
- Number of referrals to Special Advisory Services
