We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join our clients team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within their offices and supporting the executive team in managing their day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prioritise and manage tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and follow-ups are conducted promptly.
- Organise and maintain office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and project-related activities.
- Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with team members to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Act as the face of the company for front of house purposes.
