About the role:
As an Executive Assistant/Office Manager, you will be in a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business, while also providing vital administrative support to the Management Team. You will be proactive, forward-thinking, energetic, motivated and use initiative in daily business activities.
- Oversee daily office management tasks for the business such as ordering supplies, organising couriers, booking services for the fleet of vehicles or dealing with service providers.
- You will be the go-to person for IT support.
- Act as the first point of call and face of the business for general enquiries, visitors etc
- Implement and uphold administrative policies and procedures focusing on the continual advancement and improvement of business processes and systems.
- Support in the management of document control and our information management system processes and procedures.
- Management of social media platforms/post and website content updates.
- Occasional support with general duties in accounts, HR, purchasing etc during peak periods or staff absences.
- OHS compliance assistance - Inductions, SWMS, Non-Compliance
- Assist and formulate presentation of Tender submissions and other Presentation documents
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role preferably within the construction industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/ 365 including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- IT problem solving for Microsoft Office, printers etc. Is keen to learn, develop new skills and experiment with new technology, techniques, processes and thinking.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce professional communications in line with company brand.
- EA and or PA experience
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders face to face
- A proactive and solution-driven approach, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Driver license and own car.
