We are seeking a kind and caring live out nanny/housekeeper/PA to assist a professional located in the upper north shore. The role is ideally for someone who enjoys caring for a six-year-old child, can easily go with the flow, someone who is reliable and well organised, with a clean driving record.
The below are some of the tasks you may need to undertake, however not limited to;
- Necessary travel for school drop offs/pickups, activities
- General housekeeping
- Light cooking, meal preparation and grocery shopping
- Driving to meetings and attendance to document meeting minutes
- Email and calendar management
- Consolidate and present invoices for approval/monthly consolidation
- Travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, transport)
- Organising deliveries and other personal logistics, liaising with key contacts
Does this sound like you?
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong experience across Microsoft Office Suite would be advantageous
- Proactive and keen to solve problems
- Organised and efficient approach to work
- Have the ability to work flexible hours and be able to travel interstate/overseas when required
- Have your own vehicle and driving licence
