About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and genuine Team Leader to join our friendly team in the Innisfail branch. This is great opportunity for someone who is looking to advance their career in the finance industry.
As the Personal Banking Team Leader, you will be responsible for successfully coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Retail Branch by delivering exceptional front line service. You will also assist the Local Manager to achieve business targets by leading and developing the staff and ensure outstanding personalised experiences are delivered to all existing and potential Members.
This is a fulltime position based on a 38 hour work week. The role will be located at the Innisfail branch however the successful applicant must also be willing to work at any branch within the Far North region as required.
