What Do We Need?
- Relevant AIN Cert III or IV, or Medication Competency Certificate
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Covid Vaccinations Up to Date 👩⚕️💉
- 2024 Flu Vaccinated
- A flexible, can-do attitude and keen interest to work in different locations in Sydney and in the Central Coast
Tasks & responsibilities
- Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
- Build relationships based on trust and compassion whilst working with each resident so they can continue to do the things they love
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents, their families and any other external parties
- Ensure all Personal Care tasks are delivered with dignity and respect
- Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene & care, help at mealtimes, support with domestic and leisure activities and general mobility
- Deliver care in a timely, friendly, kind and safe manner
- Complete and update necessary documentation and resident records
