Estia Health Bentleigh is a small, welcoming home situated on a quiet residential street with onsite parking, within walking distance to public transport and a short drive to Bentleigh’s centre and shops.

Estia Health Bentleigh is seeking experienced Personal Care Attendants (PCA's) to join our team for Casual Shifts (Morning and Afternoon Shifts).

• PCA Morning Shifts - 7 am - 1.30 pm/2.30 pm
• PCA Afternoon Shifts - 2.30 pm/3 pm - 10 pm
• PCA Short Shifts are also available from 4 pm - 8 pm (Tue/ Wed, Thu/Fri).

Every individual in our homes has a story. You’ll get to know each one as you:

• Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed.
• Work with our team to support those with challenging needs.
• Help keep our residents’ bodies and minds active.
• Keep tabs on our residents’ health – helping with treatments and providing medication under a registered nurse.
• Be a friend to our residents.
• Make sure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected.

You’ll be a true team player and great communicator, with:

• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
• A certificate III or IV in Aged Care
• Time spent working as a caregiver or similar
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
