The Role:
We are currently seeking a highly competent Executive Assistant to join the team based in Melbourne. Working within a busy, collaborative environment, we are looking for an experienced, confident and proactive individual to support members of our Executive Leadership team across the Portfolio, Marketing and EHS space. Your role will include:
Diary and email management
Travel arrangements
Stakeholder engagement
Assisting in the preparation of presentations and correspondence
Coordination of meetings and events
General adhoc duties
Your Background
3-5 years’ experience in a similar role in a corporate environment
Strong attention to detail
Discretion when dealing with confidential information
Intermediate to Advanced computer and Microsoft Office skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proactive and confident in actioning items
