Moss & Co have partnered with a Melbourne based, mid-tier Law firm on the recruitment of a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant opportunity. This role works one-on-one supporting a Senior Partner within Commercial Litigation.The firm are a large sized boutique, of around 80 staff members. Located in the heart of the CBD. The role provides EA/PA support to a Litigation Partner, who works on matters and disputes relating to property, contracts, building and construction, lending and mortgages, trade practices and shareholder oppression.
Responsibilities may include;
- Diary Management
- Client Liaison
- Email Management
- Document Management, assisting with preparing Legal documents
- Preparing & Lodging Court documents
- Billing (using Affinity)
- Other ad hoc administrative tasks from time to time
