THE COMPANY

THE ROLE
Daily duties are varied and will include:
- Supporting the MD and the Team.
- Booking flights and accommodation.
- Scheduling meetings, meet and greet clients.
- Schedule and follow up on tasks.
- Acting as the “go to” person.
- Creating reports, spreadsheets, presentations and correspondence.
- Manage expense claims.
- Confidential record keeping.
- Updating and maintaining client database.
- General office administration including electronic and paper filing, emailing, scanning, mail and telephone management.

YOU
- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE IS A MUST!
- Under graduate degree or equivalent.
- Good typing speed.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Corporate presentation.
- Strong work ethic.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Social Media platforms.
- A professional approach.
